Jonathan Shalom

Jonathan Shalom, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Shalom Law, PLLC, a New York Personal Injury law firm dedicated to fighting for injured individuals and accident victims all throughout New York State.

After developing his litigation skills at both large and mid-sized law firms in New York, Mr. Shalom founded Shalom Law, PLLC in 2018 with a clear mission: to provide aggressive, strategic, and compassionate representation to people facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Since then, he has built a reputation as a determined advocate who prepares every case with precision, pursues every available avenue of recovery, and fights relentlessly for the best possible outcome for every client.

Mr. Shalom’s approach is rooted in careful preparation, strong communication, and a deep commitment to client care. He understands that a serious accident or workplace injustice can affect every part of a person’s life, from their physical health and finances to their family and future. That is why he remains closely involved in each case, keeping clients informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.

Over the course of his law career, Mr. Shalom has secured numerous Multi-million-dollar, Seven and Six-figure recoveries for injured victims. Shalom Law has recovered more than $50 million for clients throughout Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Long Island and parts of Upstate New York.

As Managing Attorney, Mr. Shalom oversees the firm’s legal strategy, case management, client communication, and day-to-day operations. He works closely with medical specialists, investigators, experts, and the firm’s legal team to build strong, evidence-driven cases designed to maximize compensation for clients. Whether handling a car accident, truck accident, construction accident, slip and fall or workplace injury, he approaches each case with the same level of urgency, preparation, and personal attention.

Mr. Shalom is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.

His professional recognition includes honors from Top Verdict, Super Lawyers 2016-2026, and Best Lawyers 2020-2026, including recognition in Top Verdict’s Top 100 Settlements and Top 50 Settlements. Beyond his work as an attorney, Mr. Shalom is committed to giving back to the community, serving as a Mock Trial Coach and Mentor at Ezra Academy High School and as a Active Board Member of the Forest Hills Jewish Community Center.

Today, Mr. Shalom continues to lead Shalom Law with the same purpose that inspired the firm’s founding: to protect clients, pursue justice, and help people move forward after life-changing events.
